What it Means to be a REALTOR

Whether you are wanting to buy or sell a home in the Granger, Mishawaka, Elkhart or South Bend areas, you deserve excellent service, and that's what I'm about! Your transaction is important to me and it should be handled with the utmost in sensitivity, timeliness, and careful attention to detail.
My responsiveness is second to none. Wouldn't it be refreshing to have a Realtor who actually answers their phone instead of using it as a message machine? Call me and let's talk! I'm at 574-229-6802

I am not some out-of-area Realtor. I live and work in the Michiana area along with my wife and daughter. I grew up in Mishawaka and lived in South Bend and currently reside in Elkhart Indiana, so I know the entire Michiana area very well. My local presence in the community provides me with an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and allows me to be highly responsive to your needs.
My goal is to earn your business, for the long term. I don't just disappear after your transaction. I'm always available to you for assistance, service referrals, and to keep you apprised of your home's value. My clients are not just a "quick deal" to me -- Instead, I form long-term, on-going relationships with them.

My specialties are residential home purchases, water front properties, investment properties, first time home buyers, buyer's agent, and home listings in Granger, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Osceola and South Bend Indiana areas. Call me for single family homes, condos, town homes, estates, foreclosures, REOs, bank-owned, short sales, lots, land, and water front properties in St. Joseph and Elkhart counties. I would love the opportunity to earn your business! Contact me today to discuss your Real Estate needs!

Code of Ethics

Real estate transactions are complicated. They involve the single most expensive purchase a majority of people will ever make. And they involve strong emotions. Think about the reasons for the sale and purchase of property, and ask yourself if you need another worry during this stressful time in your life? It’s wise to have a licensed Broker serving the Mishawaka, Granger, South Bend, Elkhart and Osceola areas on your side. But it’s best to have a REALTOR® on your side – a licensed Broker who also belongs to a local, state, and national professional development association and follows a strict Code of Ethics.
The REALTOR® Code of Ethics is a lengthy document that includes numerous standards of practice. It’s also a living document, so REALTORS® are required to review the Code on a regular basis. Currently every 4 years. That changes to every 2 years in 2017.
REALTOR® Code of Ethics At-a-Glance
• Truthfulness in statements and advertising
• Loyalty to and fiduciary (financial and legal) duty to clients
• Cooperation with competitors, including non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with clients

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913.
